Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Users may request order modification/cancellation only before the Shipment Confirmation is sent; once shipped, cancellation requests are not accepted.

2. How to Cancel

To request order cancellation, Felisha asks users to contact immediately with order number via ecom@felisha.in or +91 8928098730.

3. If Felisha Cancels

If Felisha cancels an order after payment is processed, it will notify by email and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Returns/Exchanges Overview

"No Returns, Only Exchange" — no returns/refunds are offered, only product exchange, subject to conditions.

5. Exchange Conditions

High level requirements:

  • Product must be unused/unworn/unwashed, original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging (including boxes) must be intact/undamaged
  • Request must be initiated within the timeframe specified in the Return/Refund Policy
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items (Hygiene/Safety)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened cosmetics
  • Used/opened skincare products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked non-returnable/final sale (unless defective/damaged on delivery)

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Customer must contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos; do not use/open further; upon verification, Felisha will provide a replacement or refund.

8. Statutory Rights

Felisha states nothing in the terms/Return & Refund Policy limits statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
