How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, they are packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Important Note: International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Felisha. Clients will need to pay the customs duty directly to the courier provider to receive the product.

How are items packaged?

We package our products carefully in boxes covered with a plastic layer. Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items like bottles are given additional protection with extra bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which Felisha ships?

Felisha ships throughout India and we're working to expand to other countries soon.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS. After we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours, you can track your package in the 'My Orders' section.

  • Order Confirmation: Email and SMS sent immediately after order placement
  • Shipping Notification: Update sent when order is dispatched (within 24 hours)
  • Tracking Available: Monitor your package in 'My Orders' section
  • Real-time Updates: Stay informed about delivery status

Estimated delivery time

Most orders are dispatched within 4-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, certain products may take longer due to stock availability or sourcing directly from brands. For international orders, delivery may be delayed due to logistics or public holidays.

  • Standard Orders: 4-5 business days processing time
  • Special Products: May take longer due to stock availability
  • Brand-sourced Items: Additional time required for direct sourcing
  • International Orders: May experience delays due to customs/logistics
  • Exclusions: Sundays and public holidays not counted in business days

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments?

Yes, this is a normal situation where different parts of your order may be shipped from different warehouses. You will only pay shipping/CoD charges on the first package received. International orders are generally shipped as one complete shipment.

Shipping Charges: You only pay shipping/COD charges once, even if your order is split into multiple shipments. Charges are applied to the first package only.

Are there any shipping charges?

India: Orders above Rs. 300 enjoy free shipping.

Orders below Rs. 300 may incur standard shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 300
  • Standard Shipping: Applicable for orders below Rs. 300
  • COD Available: Cash on delivery option available for eligible orders

Does Felisha ship outside India?

No. We are working on expanding to other international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!
