1. Coverage

Felisha states it currently ships only to addresses within India; international shipping may be available for select products/destinations at its discretion.

2. Delivery Timelines

Not Guaranteed: Estimated timelines are not guaranteed; delivery may vary due to:

  • Processing time
  • Location
  • Courier schedules/capacity
  • Weather/force majeure
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

3. Delay Liability

Felisha states it is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for accurate/complete shipping info; Felisha is not liable for:

  • Delays/failures from incorrect/incomplete/unserviceable addresses
  • Return-to-sender due to address errors
  • Additional charges for reshipment to corrected addresses

5. Delivery Confirmation & Damaged-in-Transit

Important: Accepting delivery acknowledges receipt in satisfactory condition. If damaged during transit, customer must refuse delivery and contact ecom@felisha.in.
