In the event of a personal data breach, Felisha states it will notify the user and the Data Protection Board within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
5. Data Retention & Security
Felisha states it implements reasonable security safeguards, maintains audit trails for at least one year from date of collection, and retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law.
